Carrot, cheese and ham cake
Material preparation:
100g French white ham
25 grams of Conte cheese
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 egg
1 tbsp whipped cream
200ml semi-skimmed milk
1 spoon protein powder

Steps:
Step 1: Put 100g of French white ham, 25g of Cantor cheese pieces and 3 tablespoons of corn starch into a glass salad bowl, beat 1 egg evenly, and then add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream.
