How can we speed up cooking?
Because my husband and I have a light taste, the dishes are mainly fried. The principle of meal preparation is to carry out in multiple threads. If you prepare prep at night, slow down all the meat in the morning and marinate it at noon, so that beef can be stewed in the oven, for example, because beef takes the longest time. Another example is dishes. First, cut broccoli and cauliflower and blanch them in two pots. You can cut other cabbages and tomatoes at this time. If two cauliflowers are enough, you can turn on two stoves at the same time. And some vegetables or meat are cooked in an oven, which is more convenient. Spread vegetables or meat on tin foil, put them in the oven, adjust the temperature and time, and wait for the diced meat. We cook about twice a week. Prep has lunch and dinner every day, with one meat and one vegetable for each meal. The preparation time is about two hours. Even until the cooking time of each meal is less than half an hour.
