Recipe practice:
1. Wash the rice, add a proper amount of water, and cook it in a pot.
2. Soak the pork liver in water for one hour in advance.
3. Slice, marinate with salt 15 minutes to remove blood.
Add ginger and sweet potato powder and mix well.
4. Boil the water in the pot and add pork liver, onion and ginger.
Stir while cooking.
Cook for about 40 minutes.
5. Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces.
6. Add vegetables when the porridge is cooked until it is thick.
Add some salt to taste.
