Accessories: chopped pepper, ginger, garlic, onion, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, oil and chicken powder.
Exercise:
1, slice ginger, mince garlic, mince onion and mince pepper, and drain with a colander.
Cut the big fish head from the top, wash it, wash it and drain it.

Note: to choose fresh male fish head, marinate it with salt before steaming, which is tender and smooth. Chopped peppers are salty. Drain the water from the colander, or wash the chopped peppers and drain them. Steam the fish head in the back. If it tastes, you can pour some soy sauce.
