Practice steps

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. I use southern almonds, but northern almonds are bitter. Peanuts or walnuts can also be used to replace some almonds, namely peanut almond syrup and walnut almond syrup.

Washing glutinous rice and soaking in clear water; Almond slices should also be washed. Add glutinous rice to thicken almond syrup.

Third step

Put the soaked glutinous rice and almonds into a cooking cup.

Fourth step

① almond milk version: add 1200ml water, and beat the ingredients into almond milk with a wall-breaking machine ② almond milk version: milk and water 1: 1, pour into a mixing cup and beat into almond milk.

Step five

It is particularly smooth and slag-free when it is broken by a wall breaker. If a common juicer or a stirring rod is used, it is first whipped with 600ml of liquid, and then the filter residue is added into another 600ml of liquid to be whipped again, and the two are mixed. Excess almond milk can be made into almond tofu, and gelatin is softened by soaking in water. 250g liquid 1- 1.5 tablets.

Step 8

Add almond milk, simmer and stir well. If you want a more delicate taste, you can sieve it again. Pour into the mold, cool and put it in the refrigerator for one night. Cut the frozen almond tofu into pieces, melt a spoonful of osmanthus honey with a little cold water, and pour it on.
