In order to improve the construction quality of commercial and residential projects in Jinhua and beautify the urban landscape, the quality control requirements of commercial and residential projects should be clearly defined when formulating the planning conditions of commercial and residential land and the land transfer scheme in the future, and the control requirements should be implemented layer by layer when the project is approved and verified.
