Garlic cauliflower
Ingredients: 400g of broccoli, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 0/4 teaspoon of salt, 0/tablespoon of olive oil/kloc (or any vegetable oil).
Practice: Step 1, wash broccoli and break off small flowers, intending to chop them for later use.
Step 2: Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for one minute until the water boils again, take it out and soak it in cold water to prevent it from turning yellow.
Step 3: Pour olive oil into the wok, heat the oil to 70%, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour blanched broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes, add salt and take out the wok.
Tip: 1, broccoli and cauliflower are easy to grow carnivorous insects. Soak in salt water for a while before washing, and the bugs will run out by themselves.
2, blanched broccoli must be soaked in cold water, otherwise it will turn yellow and green.
Fried shrimps with cauliflower
Ingredients: 0/5 shrimp/kloc-1 broccoli.
Exercise: Step 1 Wash broccoli, remove roots and break into small flowers. Boil the water in the pot, add some salt, add broccoli, roll it for a while, not too much water, just cover the broccoli.
Step 2: When the oil in the pan is cooked, add shrimps and quickly oil it until it is cooked. I bought it in this shrimp supermarket and have been to the shrimp line.
Step 3, then pour the blanched broccoli and fry it until cooked, and add some salt and a little water.
Step 4, fry for 1 minute and you can go out of the pot.
Cauliflower salad
Ingredients: one carrot and one broccoli.
Ingredients: dried pepper, pepper, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, minced garlic and white vinegar.
Exercise: Step 1 Wash broccoli, cut carrots in half, and then cut into half-moon slices with a thickness of about1-2 mm.
Step 2: After the water in the pot is boiled, add a little salt and salad oil, first blanch the carrot slices, and then blanch the broccoli.
Step 3: after blanching, take it out and put it in the prepared cold boiled water, and let it cool. Add salt and chicken essence to cool broccoli and carrots and stir well.
Step 4: Pour sesame oil into the pot, add pepper and dried pepper segments, stir-fry them over medium heat, remove the pepper particles and pepper segments, pour the oil on the broccoli while it is hot and mix well, and finally mix in a little white vinegar (too much vinegar will discolor the broccoli).
Step 5: Put the mixed broccoli and green flowers in a small round bowl, put a plate on the bowl, turn it over 180 degrees, buckle the bottom of the bowl upside down on the plate, and take off the small bowl. Then put carrot slices around the broccoli to make a lace.
