Zigong cold food rabbit
Zigong Leng Tu, also known as Houwei Leng Tu and Spicy Rabbit, is a traditional folk food in Zigong, Fushun and Rongxian with a history of 100 years. Zigong Leng Tu has many different tastes, such as spicy pepper, spicy lobster sauce, secret dried tangerine peel, fresh salty taste and so on.

Zigong xianguotu
Zigong fresh pot rabbit is a traditional famous dish in Sichuan Province, belonging to Sichuan cuisine. Cut the rabbit into small pieces and mix with cooking wine, pepper, salt and oatmeal. Pepper is cut into small pieces of 0.5cm, and ginger is cut into filaments. Cut the millet into small pieces (the smaller the better, don't chop it), and then cut the ginger and garlic.
