First of all, the first step is to wash the ribs bought, wash them several times and drain the water (I didn't shoot the washed ribs, so I omitted them)

Secondly, put some cooking wine in the bowl, then pour in very fresh soy sauce (it must be very fresh soy sauce to taste), stir well and marinate (as shown in the picture), usually for half an hour.

If you steam in a steamer, it will take an hour and a half, and the pressure cooker or electric pressure cooker will steam faster. My electric pressure cooker can be taken out in 20 minutes.
