Tear the root of Flammulina velutipes and remove the dirty root.
Wash Flammulina velutipes and drain.
Spread the Flammulina velutipes neatly on the tin foil.
Sprinkle oil, chopped pepper, salt and sugar on the Flammulina velutipes.
Carefully wrap the tin foil and press it hard. Don't leave too much air inside.
Brush a thin layer of oil on a non-stick pan and cook Flammulina velutipes over medium heat for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, the whole tin foil package is put into the plate together.
When eating, use a toothpick or scissors to cut open the tin foil, mix the seasoning evenly, and you can eat it.
Note: the tin foil should be wrapped tightly, otherwise it will leak juice if it is wrapped.
If the tin foil bag bulges during combustion, you can poke several holes with a toothpick to exhaust the air inside.
