At present, the country has not yet formed a unified standard for off-campus trust institutions, and the requirements in different regions are not the same. Now some places can start as long as they apply for business licenses, but as a custodian institution that wants to operate for a long time, the more standardized it is at the beginning, the better. The relevant provisions of the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued the Regulations on the Registration Procedures of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households on July 28, 2004, which came into effect on August 1.
The Regulations on Registration Procedures for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households specifies in detail the application and acceptance procedures for the establishment, alteration and cancellation of registration of individual industrial and commercial houses, and clearly requires that the application materials submitted by the applicant are complete and conform to the statutory form, and the registration authority shall register them on the spot. In addition to on-the-spot registration, the registration authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the registration within 05 days from the date of accepting the application for registration.
If the registration authority approves the registration, it shall issue the Notice of Approval and Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households to the applicant, and issue and serve the Business License of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households to the applicant within 10 days. If registration is not granted, a notice of non-registration of individual industrial and commercial households shall be issued to the applicant.
