Zhangzhou, Chaozhou, and Shantou are relatively unpopular cities, but they can satisfy all your expectations for delicious food and beautiful scenery. The tourism industry in these three cities is not developed, so there are not many people traveling there. But the food in these three cities is really good, high quality and reasonably priced. 01. Zhangzhou
Braised noodles, sand tea noodles, bean curd vermicelli, four-fruit soup, triangular pancakes, salted duck, stuffed duck, five-spice, chicken fetus, meat dumplings, oyster omelette, fried rice cakes, sesame seeds Wait. There are also many scenic spots in Zhangzhou, such as Yundong Rock, Flower Expo, Yunshui Yao, Tulou, Zhaojiabao, etc. Yunshuiyao is still worth going to, but the distance is a bit far. Moreover, these scenic spots are not seriously commercialized and still have southern Fujian characteristics. Of course, I think the food in Zhangzhou is the most attractive. Get up in the morning and have a bowl of Chengfu Braised Noodles, or a bowl of Sha Cha Noodles at the East Campus of Normal University for 7 yuan. For lunch, I’ll have a bowl of bean curd vermicelli from Student Street, paired with a chestnut-flavored samosas. For afternoon tea, have a bowl of cold four-fruit soup. In the evening, order dried tofu noodles, oyster omelet, and meat dumplings. A wonderful day~02, Chaozhou and Shantou
I feel that the food in Chaozhou and Shantou are similar, and there are not many attractions. Nan'ao Island and Pai Fang Street are worth a visit. The most worthwhile thing to eat is Chaoshan beef hot pot. The beef is so cheap that you will doubt yourself. Two people ate beef hot pot once, three large plates full of beef, plus the bottom of the pot, 100 yuan was just right. Of course, you have to go to a beef hotpot restaurant where locals go to avoid getting ripped off. Then there is Chaoshan rice rolls. There is a lot of meat in one rice roll and it is very filling. There is also a late-night snack that Chaoshan people like, white porridge + all kinds of raw and pickled seafood. The taste is also very delicious. 03. Regarding consumption
In Zhangzhou, the consumption is not high. Tickets for attractions cost dozens of yuan. Braised noodles and sand tea noodles cost about 15 yuan a bowl, and there are quite a lot of ingredients. Triangle pancakes cost 3 yuan, meat rice dumplings cost 5 yuan each, and four-fruit soup costs 6 yuan a bowl. You can basically feel full by eating one thing at a time. As for accommodation, you can stay in a very good hotel for more than 200 per night. Generally speaking, places over 100 yuan are clean and hygienic, and the consumption in Chaoshan is similar to that in Zhangzhou. Beef hotpot and pork belly and chicken hotpot are about 50 yuan per person, and rice rolls are 8 yuan per serving.
