On June 5438+February 65438+April 2007, the State Council City, China revised the National Holidays and Memorial Day for the second time, and adjusted the May Day from 7 days to 3 days. Since 2008, the May Day Golden Week has become a three-day holiday.

Britain, France and other European countries have designated May Day as Labor Day. Many countries have a day off, while others place public holidays on the first Monday in May.
However, unlike most countries in the world, although Italy recognizes the May 1 International Labor Day and the government shows respect for workers, there are no special celebrations for ordinary people and no national May 1 holiday.
Thailand promulgated the labor regulations for the first time in 1932, and then designated May 1 every year as National Labor Day to reward hard-working workers.
