Practice of duck wings with brine

5. Put the duck wings into the pot and add the prepared brine juice, and the ingredients are almost gone. Bring the duck wings to a boil, and turn to a low heat for about 40 minutes until they are tender (stick the duck wings with chopsticks, and if they are easily punctured, they will become tender).
