Production method: 1. Wash and steam jujube for later use.
2. Wet glutinous rice is ground into flour and made into dough. Stir well and put it in a drawer for steaming 1 hour. Knead the cooked flour evenly with a drawer cloth and put it on the chopping board.
3. According to the size of the chopping board, spread a layer of cooked noodles and put a layer of dates, so spread three layers of cooked noodles and two layers of dates, with a few rows of dates on the top layer, steamed and fried, and sprinkled with sugar.
Jujube 150g steamed and mashed, 300g refined powder, 50g sugar honey, 50g milk 150g yeast.
Practice steps
1. Put jujube paste, sugar and yeast into flour and mix well, then pour in honey and milk, then pour in a proper amount of warm water, and stir the flour into a batter while stirring.
2. Pour the prepared batter into the special tray for steamed cakes and bake in the oven at 150℃ for about 25 minutes.

Method:
1. Cook the red dates in a pot, peel, core, leave meat and juice for later use;

Practice steps
1. Soak jujube, remove core, wash, cut into pieces, and soak in milk. It is best to let all the milk penetrate into the jujube.
2. Beat the eggs in a bucket, add brown sugar and white sugar, beat the sugar at medium speed first, and then quickly beat it into a thick shape.
3. Slow down for two or three minutes, break the big bubbles into small bubbles, add the dates and salad oil, and stir evenly at low speed.
4. Sift in the low flour and baking powder, stir quickly and evenly, pour into the baking tray covered with oil paper, and gently knock out big bubbles.
5. Preheat the oven 170℃, set the fire in the middle layer, bake for 35 minutes, let it cool, cut into pieces and eat it while it is hot.
