Composition:
Pleurotus eryngii, chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet spicy, sesame, Chili noodles, coriander
Exercise:
1. After the water is boiled, steam Pleurotus eryngii for 15 minutes.
2. Adjust a juice when steaming: chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet spicy, Chili noodles and sesame oil, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of aged vinegar, a little sugar, a little cumin powder and a proper amount of salt, and stir well.
3. After steaming, let it cool and tear it into strips, pour the juice and mix well.
4. Sprinkle with coriander.
