Sauté ed mushrooms with green peppers
Green peppers and mushrooms are common home-cooked dishes, and it is very easy to cook them with meat. The following small series will share with you the common practice of fried meat with green peppers and mushrooms.

Green pepper, mushroom, pork, onion, ginger, peanut oil, soy sauce.

First, wash the prepared mushrooms, green peppers and pork. After washing, put the materials on the chopping board, as shown below.

Next, you need to cut green peppers and mushrooms. Green peppers can be cut into small pieces, and mushrooms can be cut into small pieces, as shown below.

Then we soak the mushrooms in hot water for a while, as shown in the picture below. After cooking, take it out and control the water clean.

Next, we slice the pork, and then sprinkle some soy sauce on the pork, as shown in the figure below.

Then cut the prepared onions and ginger. Cut the onion into sections and slice the ginger, as shown below.

Then we put oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, as shown below.

Next, stir-fry the meat evenly covered with soy sauce in the pot, as shown in the figure below. Be sure not to let the meat stick to the pot.

When the meat changes color, stir-fry the prepared mushrooms in the pot, as shown below.

Finally, put the green pepper into the pot and add some salt. In the meantime, put some water to prevent the dishes from being too dry, as shown below.
