2. Method 2: Look at the color. After the authentic Xinjiang Hami melon is cut, it is golden yellow flesh from the middle to the peel. After the melon is cut, it is green near the peel.
3. Method 3: Look at the melon land. Hami melons in Xinjiang have to be transported for a long distance, so melon farmers will leave their stalks short when picking melons to prevent spoilage.
4. Method 4: Look at the head. Xinjiang cantaloupe is big, but Chang Xiangyu cantaloupe is smaller than the former.
5. Method 5: Ask the price. The price of authentic Xinjiang cantaloupe is not low, and the cheapest after-sale price is eight or nine yuan a catty, while the price of Chang Xiangyu cantaloupe is much lower, about one third of the former.
