Glutinous rice pearl balls
Required ingredients:
Pork belly stuffing 200g, glutinous rice 100g, salt 2g, soy sauce 2 tablespoons, white pepper, egg white 1, carrot 1, onion, ginger and garlic.

1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in advance for use, at least 3 hours.
2. Pork belly chopped into meat stuffing. To save time, you can also buy ground meat directly. Add salt, white pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and mix well. Add another egg white and stir well.
3. Peel and slice carrots and put them flat on the plate. Try to use a slightly deeper plate, because the soup will flow out when steaming.
4. Take a piece of meat and make it into small meatballs. Gently roll the glutinous rice so that it is covered with a layer. Put them on carrot slices in turn.
5. Put water in the pot, put the steamer in place, and steam the meatballs in the pot./kloc-Turn off the fire after 0/5 minutes.
Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
Required ingredients:
Pork ribs, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water, onion and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash the small row.
2. Put the water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the ribs in the pot and take them out after boiling.
3. Juice mixing: the ratio of cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar is 1: 2: 3: 4: 5, which can be measured with a spoon. The specific ratio of 1 is divided into several spoonfuls according to the number of tendons. Mine is two spoonfuls of cooking wine, four spoonfuls of soy sauce, six spoonfuls of sugar and so on.
4. Put the oil in the pot, slice the onion and ginger, and then fry the ribs.
5. Pour in the prepared juice! Add the right amount of salt! Heat the water if the juice is not enough!
6. Stew on low heat until the juice is thick, stir fry for a while, and take out the pot.
