Pay attention to diet in the first week after delivery

Evening: white rice porridge (with a few lettuce leaves), radish soup, fermented eggs (with some brown sugar-to remove lochia and fermented eggs-for milking), and Chinese medicine Lulutong (for milking).
3, the third day
Morning: white rice porridge (mixed with some millet), a steamed stuffed bun with wine (meat stuffing is not eaten, which has the function of opening milk).
Noon: white rice porridge (mixed with millet).
Evening: white rice porridge (mixed with red dates), stir-fried chicken feathers, passepartout.
4, the fourth day
Morning: black rice porridge (with medlar) and one bean paste bag.
Afternoon: crucian carp soup (with milk) and a washed egg.
Evening: black fish soup (for treating injury), fried mushrooms with chickpeas, and red bean tremella soup.
5, the fifth day
Morning: white rice porridge, a bean paste bag.
Afternoon: Crucian carp soup with vegetables and noodles.
Evening: black fish soup, fried cabbage with fungus, white rice porridge, and some red dates.
6, the sixth day
Morning: white rice porridge, a bean paste bag and half a steamed bread.
Noon: white rice porridge, crucian carp soup.
Evening: 2 bowls of crucian carp soup, stir-fried vegetables, stir-fried Chinese cabbage and white rice porridge.
7, the seventh day
Morning: one bean paste bag, two boiled eggs with wine, Passepartout.
Afternoon: Steamed eggs in snakehead soup and crucian carp soup.
Evening: 3 bowls of crucian carp soup, stir-fried cabbage and white rice porridge.

1, chestnut lotus root soup
Wash the surface of lotus root, scrape off the film with the back of a knife, cut into small pieces of 0.5 cm, and cut off the lotus root nodes. Chestnuts are shelled and peeled for later use. Put the lotus root, chestnuts and water into a pot, heat it on the fire until it boils, and then simmer for 40 minutes on medium heat. Add raisins, cook for another 5 minutes, and add seasoning.
2. Stewed black fish

3. Fried shredded radish with vegetables
