Health Guide: A week after delivery, the maternal body is the weakest. The arrangement of the week after delivery is very important and needs the care of the family. So what are the postpartum weeks and how to do them? The following regimen introduces the first postpartum arrangement for your reference.

Pay attention to the first diet after caesarean section.

About 24 hours after caesarean section, gastrointestinal function can be restored. After the recovery of gastrointestinal function, liquid food, such as egg soup and rice soup, should be given for 1 day, and flatulence food, such as milk, soybean milk and a lot of sucrose, should not be eaten. After the intestinal gas is exhausted, use semi-liquid food 1-2 days, such as porridge, noodle soup, wonton, etc. And then switch to a normal diet. In the first week after caesarean section, the main dietary function is to discharge waste blood (lochia), waste water, waste gas and old waste.

At first, you can use chicken soup, broth, fish soup and other soups to nourish, but you can't add wine. Be sure to skim the grease off the noodle soup. Pig liver is helpful to discharge lochia and replenish blood, and it is the best solid food choice for caesarean section women. Dessert can also help eliminate lochia.

Maternal women with poor uterine contraction can take avocado oil to help smooth muscle contraction and improve constipation. Fish and vitamin c help. Because of the blood loss, pregnant women should eat more iron-containing food to replenish blood. Chinese herbal medicines such as Radix Astragali, Fructus Lycii and Fructus Jujubae can also be added into the medicated diet.
