Accessories: onion 10g, cooking wine 10ml, 5ml of light soy sauce, 3g of salt, ginger 1 slice, dried pepper 1 slice and egg white 1 slice.
Method for making beef dried bean curd

Cut the dried tofu into even strips for later use.

Slice beef and season with cooking wine, egg white and salt.

Chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and shredded dried chili.

When the pan is hot, pour in proper amount of cooking oil and saute chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and dried Chili.

Add delicious beef slices and stir fry.

Stir-fry beef until it changes color, about 8 minutes.

Pour in the cut dried tofu strips and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir-fry beef slices and dried tofu, and color evenly.

Add onion leaves before cooking and cut them into chopped green onion, so that the color of the dish is more abundant. Stir fry and you can cook.
Cooking tips
1. The dried bean curd I used was a gift from my mother's friend in Jinzhou. It's very thin and fragrant, because it sends a lot. For convenience, I divide the portions I eat each time and put them in the refrigerator for freezing. I took them out before dinner.
2. It is best to buy fat and thin beef, and be sure to season it with egg white to keep the beef fresh and tender.
