It is not suitable to play mahjong or poker, let alone take part in gambling or play all night, which is a fatal game for people with coronary heart disease. When relatives and friends visit, it is not appropriate to talk with them or talk all night. You can wash your feet with hot water before going to bed every day, and massage your feet and lower limbs at the same time, which will help improve blood circulation of lower limbs and lower blood pressure.
Sleep: Be quiet or listen to relaxing and beautiful music for 1 minutes before going to bed. Patients with coronary heart disease should have health care boxes at their bedside. The quilt should not be too thick, and attention should be paid to air circulation indoors. Patients should not sleep alone in one room to avoid accidents at night. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours every night.
Sexual life: People with coronary heart disease who are in good health and are not seriously ill can have sexual life. Appropriate sexual life is beneficial and harmless to patients.
