Foods containing vitamin C lack vitamin C and are prone to cataracts. Foods rich in vitamin C include all kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits, among which green pepper, cucumber, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, fresh dates, raw pears and oranges have the highest content.
Foods containing calcium, such as beans, green leafy vegetables, shrimp skin, etc., are rich in calcium.

And be careful not to use your eyes too much!
