1. Thumb frying: add salt chicken essence, oyster sauce and soy sauce to the meat stuffing, seasoning and stir well, add chopped green onion, stir well, marinate for about 10 minute, roll it into the size of a small dumpling skin, add a proper amount of meat stuffing, wrap it in a bun shape, crumple it in one direction, brush the bottom of the pot with oil, put in a thumb bag and fry until the bottom is slightly.
2. 4. 5. Make a bowl of spicy and hot mix: cook the ingredients in a pot, remove the dry water, chopped green onion, minced garlic, Chili noodles, white sesame seeds, pour hot oil, three spoons of soy sauce, two spoons of vinegar, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of sugar and two spoons of sesame sauce, stir well, pour in the sauce and mix well to serve.
6. Cumin potato chips: Prepare two potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Prepare Chili noodles, cumin powder, cumin grains and white sesame seeds. Slowly fry the potatoes until golden brown. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, pour in the prepared seasoning and mix well.
