1 fresh mandarin fish (750-900g), 600g cooked mutton with skin, 10 green vegetable heart, 60g soy sauce, 40g white sugar, 2g monosodium glutamate, 2g refined salt,10g onion,10g ginger slices and a proper amount of pepper.

1. Wash mandarin fish and remove the head and tail. The fish is diced, and the cooked mutton with skin is diced.
2. Put oil on fire in the pot, stir-fry onion and ginger, add mandarin fish, add mutton, add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, yellow rice wine and water, bring to a boil, cook with low fire, add sugar for a while, then cook thick soup with high fire and add pepper. The mandarin fish pieces are placed at the bottom, and the mutton skin is placed on the fish, placed on the head and tail, and drenched with marinade.

Home-cooked "fish bites sheep"
Ingredients: small yellow croaker 12 strips, 200g mutton, 30g garlic sauce, 20g sour plum sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, rose wine, yellow wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little minced onion and ginger, a piece of tin foil and 2kg salad oil (the actual dosage is 50g).
