The relevant requirements of the managed class stipulate that:
1. The off-campus trusteeship center serves students studying in Zhongshan primary school and junior high school. The service hours shall be formulated by the off-campus trusteeship center and reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for the record. Services include birthday care, noon care and evening care in primary and secondary schools, and provide them with meals and corresponding rest and activity places, but education and training activities are not allowed.
2. In communities where the demand for off-campus hosting services is concentrated, community neighborhood committees are encouraged to use community resources to apply for the establishment of off-campus hosting centers to meet the needs of community residents hosting primary and secondary school students.
