1. Cut the onion and ginger first, and soak the potatoes in water to prevent discoloration, and reserve hawthorn, star anise, fragrant leaves and rock sugar.
2. Boil the oil, fry the ribs until golden on both sides, pour in the ingredients, onion ginger and bean paste, and season with salt and soy sauce.
3. Add potatoes and mix well. Add water and simmer slowly, as shown in the figure below.
4. after cooking, collect the juice on the fire and finally take it out of the pot. As shown below, the stewed potato with ribs is finished.
