Four eggs, shrimp 12, a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of white pepper.
Fruit juice mixing:
Two scoops of soy sauce, one scoop of oyster sauce, two scoops of vinegar, half a scoop of sugar, two scoops of Chili powder, one scoop of starch and half a bowl of clear water.
Steps:
1. Wash shrimps, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of white pepper to remove fishy smell.
2. Sauce mixing: two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of vinegar, half a spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of Chili powder, one spoonful of starch and half a bowl of clear water.
3. Stir-fry the shrimps in a hot pot until they change color, stir-fry the eggs until they are solidified, add the shrimps, and pour in the juice and stir well.
