Brunch observation-waiter

Put Brunch in charge of your project and rebuild it as soon as the resource document changes. The optional server tab starts a simple web server that supports push status.

If you use OS X and want brunch to display a system prompt every time there is a compilation error, you need to install terminal-notifier: brew install terminal-notifier.
