Ingredients
Main ingredients: 400g cabbage, 200g pork belly, 150g vermicelli (dried).
Accessories: 90 grams of vegetable oil, 3 grams of salt, 20 grams of braised soy sauce, 25 grams of oyster sauce, 12 grams of ginger, 1 gram of Sichuan peppercorns, 1 star anise, 1 Sannat, and 10 grams of green onions.
1. Prepare the ingredients: pork, cabbage, vermicelli, green onions, ginger, star anise, sannai, and pepper;
2. Wash the pork and cut into large thin slices;
3. Cut the cabbage into sections, cut the white scallions into sections, cut the green scallions into chopped green onions, and cut the old ginger into minced ginger;
4. Heat the oil pan, add the pork and stir-fry;
5. After the oil is released from the pork, add braised soy sauce and oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry;
6. Add scallions and minced ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant;
7. Add cabbage Bangzi; stir-fry quickly and evenly;
8. Add cabbage leaves and continue to stir-fry;
9. Add vermicelli; pour in appropriate amount of water, add Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, and Sannai , cook over high heat for 7-8 minutes;
10. Add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
