Tools/raw materials: trotters, lotus roots, ginger, cooking wine, salt.
1. Wash the trotters first, soak them for a while, and change the water twice.
2. Then put the pig's trotters into the soup pot, add water without ingredients, and add the lid to cook the wine.
3. Then cook the trotters, knock off the blood foam, continue to cook for two minutes, and then turn off the fire.
4. Then blanch the pig's trotters, wash them, add a pot of water, add the mashed ginger slices, boil them, and simmer for one hour.
5. Then wash and peel the lotus root and cut it into pieces.
6. Then put the pig's trotters stewed for one hour into the lotus root and continue to stew for fifteen minutes. Lotus root can be poked through with chopsticks.
