Method for making mutton soup with cabbage vermicelli

Ingredients: vermicelli, Chinese cabbage, sliced mutton, sliced ginger and chopped green onion.

Accessories: chicken essence (or monosodium glutamate), white pepper, sesame oil, salt, etc.

Steps:

1.? Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft;

2.? Wash cabbage and cut into sections for later use;

3.? Boil water and two slices of ginger in the pot, and then add the soaked vermicelli;

4.? Boil and add cabbage;
