1. Undaria pinnatifida is soaked and cleaned until there are no impurities.
2. Soak the Meretrix meretrix in salt water, wash until there is no sludge, peel the loofah and cut it into pieces for later use.
3. Saute ginger and garlic with vegetable oil in wok, add clams, stir fry for a while, and set aside.
4. Then fry the loofah until it breaks, and take it out for later use.
5. Stir-fry the washed Undaria pinnatifida in a wok, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
6. Add the fried loofah and clams, cook for 5 minutes, add some salt to taste, and sprinkle with coriander when eating.
