As for losing weight, if you really want to lose weight, you have to eat less and exercise more and eat healthily. I don't think I can digest this plate of pot-wrapped meat for several days. You must make up your mind to lose weight first, and then give up fried food and snacks such as cakes and ice cream, at least not at ordinary times. Eat a little occasionally to relieve appetite, a small amount.
My current diet is:
Breakfast: a boiled egg, a piece of peach and plum whole wheat sugar-free bread with a piece of low-fat cheese, a box of skim milk and some nuts (cashews, walnuts, etc.)
Lunch: eat in the company. There is a small amount of rice. You can make rice by soaking it in water. The food is normal.
Afternoon: I sometimes bring some fruits such as little persimmon and apples, wash them at home, put them in fresh-keeping bags and eat them at three or four in the afternoon, so that I won't be particularly hungry after work.
Dinner: A boiled egg, a cucumber, some fruits, a cup of low-sugar yogurt from old Beijing, or some seafood such as salted shrimp, some jiaozi, or some homemade dishes dipped in hot pot.
During the day: It's best to have some Pu 'er tea in the company, especially after lunch.
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, I go to the gym to take pilates, yoga and fitness ball classes, and the effect is good. I persisted for more than a week and lost more than 3 Jin. I can't practice that intensity at home. I also bought a weighing scale, weighed it once every morning and evening, and made a good record, so that I could see the results clearly and motivate myself to stick to it!
Basically, I'm not that hungry If I go to the gym and go home at night, I will eat some fruit or not. I especially like Pilates in sports. I suggest you do it.
I hope we can all lose weight successfully! Ha ha! Come on!
