Prepare ingredients:
Rice, taro, lean meat, mushrooms, shrimp, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, sausage.
Exercise:
1. After the mushrooms and shrimps are softened with water, the mushrooms are cut into small pieces for later use.
2. Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the taro pieces, and fry on low heat until you can penetrate the taro with chopsticks.
3. Saute sausages, mushrooms, shrimps and lean meat until fragrant.
