Soup base: green vegetables, Jiang Mo, garlic, pickled mustard tuber, salt, sugar, chicken essence (monosodium glutamate), soy sauce, vinegar, lard, sesame oil, pepper oil, pickled mustard tuber (chopped sprouts), white sesame seeds, chopped peanuts and chopped green onion.

Exercise:

1. Fat pork belly chopped into minced meat, apples chopped into whole grains and pork belly mixed together. Add Jiang Mo, chopped green onion, salt, sugar, a little white pepper, a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of sesame oil, and stir in the same direction to stir the meat stuffing.

2. Put the meat stuffing on the skin of your hand, fold the skin into a triangle, put water on the upper left corner of the triangle, and then fold it in half and stick it on the upper right corner. This is the practice of Chongqing wonton, but as long as it doesn't leak.

3. Wash vegetables, chop ginger and garlic, and chop mustard tuber.

4. Boil a pot of water and cook it in your hand. When your hands are almost ripe, blanch the vegetables in water.

5. Prepare Malao's soup base when cooking, and put Jiang Mo, minced garlic, salt, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, lard, sesame oil, pepper oil, pepper, pickled mustard tuber, white sesame seeds and peanuts into an empty bowl, which can be adjusted according to your own taste.

6. After cooking by hand, pour a spoonful of boiling water into the seasoning at the bottom of the soup, then add vegetables, put your hands into the bottom of the soup and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
