Pepper Chicken

Ingredients: chicken legs, green peppers, onions, ginger, garlic;

Exercise:

1. Cut the chicken leg into small pieces, wash the green pepper and onion into pieces, and cut the onion and ginger into pieces for later use;

2. Blanch the chicken pieces in cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices to the cold water, and pour in the chicken pieces to cook together. After boiling, open the lid and cook for 3 minutes (remove the blood from the chicken bones);

3. Take out the cooked chicken pieces, rinse them with clear water and drain the water;
