1, scallops, dried shrimps and vermicelli are soaked for later use.
2. Cut the cabbage and ham into small pieces for later use.
3. Chop ginger and garlic for later use.
4. After the oil is hot in the pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Add scallops, dried shrimps and vermicelli.
5. Add soy sauce, cabbage and ham and stir fry.
