Sauté ed shredded potatoes with ham
1. Peel potatoes, wash them, cut them into filaments and put them in water for preparation.
2. Cut the ham and shallots for use.
3. Heat the pan and add some oil.
4. stir-fry the ham and chopped green onion in the pot.
5. fry the shredded potatoes in the pot for a few minutes.
6. When the shredded potatoes are ripe, put a small cut tomatoes in the pot and fry them together for a while.
