Sweet potato roasted milk

Ingredients: 500ml pure milk/formula milk, 100g sweet potato, 50g corn starch, 2 egg yolks.

Method:

1. Steam the sweet potato slices for 15 minutes until cooked, then press into a fine paste.

2. Pour all the above ingredients into the pan and stir continuously over low heat.

3. Stir until it becomes thick and does not fall easily. Pour the batter into a container and refrigerate it for 3 hours (if you are in a hurry, you can freeze it for 40 minutes).

4. Unmold and cut into pieces, brush with egg yolk liquid.

5. Select the "air fryer" function in the air fryer oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tips:

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Observe the coloring. For babies over one year old, you can add some sugar to taste.
