Preparation materials: potato 200g, auricularia auricula 10g, salt, blending oil.
First, the first step is to peel and shred potatoes and put them aside for use, as shown in the figure below.
2. Soak the fungus in warm water for 20 minutes, wash it and cut it into small pieces, as shown below.
Third, heat the oil pan, first fry the potatoes, as shown below.
Fourth, stir fry a few times, then add the fungus and stir fry, as shown below.
