How to cook squid with double peppers?
Composition:
200g fresh squid, green pepper 1, red pepper 1, scallion 1, ginger 1, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 pieces of millet pepper, cooking wine 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 teaspoon, and soy sauce/kloc.
Practice of squid with double peppers:
1, green pepper cut into pieces, red pepper cut into pieces, millet spicy cut into circles;
2. Slice the onion, ginger and garlic for later use;
3. Scrape the squid skin, wash and cut into small pieces;
4. Boil the water in the pot, add the squid pieces, simmer for about 20 seconds, and take them out;
5. Pour oil into the pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper to stir-fry until fragrant, then add squid to stir-fry evenly, add oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste, and then add green pepper to stir-fry for 2 minutes;
