Voice function can only be used after checking the Bluetooth code. If you look at the manual, there must be steps to check the code. Follow the instructions to connect the remote control to the TV and you can use it.

I remember: turn on the TV, turn on the Bluetooth function in the system settings, put the remote control at the lower left of the TV (the closer it is to the TV, the better), and often press and hold the menu button for 3 seconds. The remote controller will check the code when the red light is on, and the blue light flashes three times, and the code check is successful.

If the red light is on all the time and the code alignment is unsuccessful, you can reset the remote controller and use the reset button to remove the battery back cover to see it.
