Principle of waterless cooking: "steam lock"
The pot body is made of dense steel with exquisite workmanship, and the lid and the pot body are closely combined. Therefore, the steam generated during heating forms a water film between the pot body and the pot cover. When this water film is added to the precise overweight pot cover, a tight "steam lock" can be formed in the cooking process, so that the steam heat can circulate evenly in the pot, and food can be cooked with a little firepower. The "steam lock" can make use of the natural moisture in food to cook without adding water or oil, and can fully retain the nutritional components and original flavor of food.
