The practice of homemade pizza

Put 1 10g high-gluten flour, 45g low-gluten flour, 10g olive oil, 8g white sugar, 1.5g yeast, 6g milk powder and 95g water into the barrel of a bread maker.

Cooking tips
The dough material is only enough to make an 8-inch pizza base. If you want to cook more, you can double the original ingredients, and the three peppers must be blanched, so that there will be no water when baking pizza.
