1. Wash bitter gourd, remove pedicles, cut in half, remove pulp, cut into long strips first, and then cut into small slices. Be careful when cutting, and try to cut it as thin as possible, so that it is delicious.
2. Put the sliced bitter gourd into a container, add a spoonful of salt, then rub the sliced bitter gourd by hand to squeeze out bitter juice, and rinse it with clear water after 5 minutes.

4. Dice the red bell pepper and set it aside.
