1, Heyuan rice noodles soaked in water overnight, washed and set aside. Put a proper amount of salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate and chopped green onion in the noodle bowl for later use.
2. Put the boiled beef bone and the boiled beef bone soup into the pot, and add a proper amount of water to boil.
3. After the pot is boiled, pour in the soaked Heyuan rice noodles and cook them.
4. After Heyuan rice noodles are cooked, remove them and put them in a bowl. Add the noodle soup and mix well.
