How to stew chicken without water?
Wash the chicken, evenly spread a little salt and 1 tbsp cooking wine on the chicken surface, and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Knot the onion and slice the ginger.
Pour some oil into the cast iron pan and spread the whole knotted onion and ginger on the bottom of the cast iron pan.
On medium heat, put the whole brine chicken into the pot, and finally sprinkle some ginger slices on the chicken.
Then pour 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine evenly into the pot without adding water.
When you see smoke coming out of the pot, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Open the lid and poke the chicken leg with chopsticks. When no blood appears, it is cooked.
Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion and millet pepper on the chicken, and the original anhydrous chicken is finished.
