Broccoli 5 small flowers
A can of seafood (this is optional)
A little salt

How to make rice balls with mashed potatoes and vegetables?
Peel and cut potatoes, add water and microwave for 8 minutes.
Boil the water, blanch the broccoli for a few minutes, add some salt and oil to make the vegetables greener, blanch and drain.
Cut off the green part at the top of the broccoli and keep it.
Mash potatoes, add 1 small bowl of rice, chopped broccoli, a little salt, and some cheese powder (don't put this if you don't like it).
Take some rice, squash it and put stuffing in the middle.
Press the rice in the middle and knead it into a ball.
