Recipe practice:
1. Peel the lard plate and wash it.
2. Then cut into small pieces.
3. put it in a dry pot.
4. Add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.
5. Turn down the heat and cook slowly for half an hour.
6. Cook until 1 hour. Pig fat turns brown.
7. Finally, remove the oil residue.
8. Oil residue can be used for other purposes. Lard should be cooled before it is poured into the bottle. If not, you can put it in the refrigerator.
9. It will turn white after leaving the refrigerator.
